National Consumer Congress 2010 will aim to develop potential responses to major challenges facing consumer policy, government consumer agencies, business and consumers. The forum theme will be Consumer Action and will include five sub-themes, namely Understanding consumers, Consumer engagement in consumer policy, Complaints that change the world, Enabling smart choices, and Organised advocacy and campaigning. The conference will bring together representatives from government policy and regulatory agencies, consumer organisations and consumer businesses academia.
