Organised by the Disability Studies and Research Centre (DSRC), Disability Studies Conference aims to assemble professionals related to Disability Study, students and members of disability community to discuss on the rights of persons with disabilities developments. The theme of the conference this year is: Towards A National Disability Studies Agenda 2009 . The conference would provide an opportunity to discuss disabilities studies in the context of the new United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
