The 20th International Colorectal Scientific Congress 2009, organized by Department of Colorectal Surgery, Singapore General Hospital, aims to present a platform for an international panel of experts to take part in engaging debates and active discussions on both explored and envisaged boundaries and techniques relevant to the field of colorectal surgery. The theme of the congress is "Exploring the boundaries in colorectal surgery: The past, the present & the future".
