Assessing the Contribution of ICT to Development Goals will be hosted by the Dubai School of Government and held in Dubai, United Arab Emirates during May 2009. The International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP) invites professionals to the 10th International Conference on Social Implications of Computers in Developing Countries. ICT has become a key element of various economic development and public sector reform agendas’ around the globe. The conference will explore the contribution of ICTs to the achievement of sustainable development. The conference will bring together academics, practitioners, and policy advisors who are involved with ICT and development in developing countries.
