Harm Reduction 2009: IHRA's 20th International Conference is being organised by the International Harm Reduction Association (IHRA) in association with the Conference Consortium. The conference presents a world forum for all those interested in harm reduction around the world, where they discuss, debate and share ideas on the innovative issues concerned with harm reduction. The theme for the Harm Reduction 2009 conference is 'Harm Reduction and Human Rights'.
